This is situated in the HFC estate which is a small gated community with manned security gate, it is about 5 minutes drive off the Spintex Road. It is a good standard three-bedroom villa spread over two floors with air condition in lounge area and in all the three bedrooms. The property also has a guest toilet on the ground floor. This fully furnished property will be available for long term rental/lesase from the 10th June 2010 at a rate of $1,200 per month exclusive of bills etc.
Lounge
Fully airconditioned which is furnished to a good standard with a comfortable three-piece suite, TV, and music palyer.
Dinning room
this is situated in the same room as the lounge and it boasts a comfortable dinning suite.
Master Bedroom
this is ensuite with split air condition, comfortable king-size bed and fitted wardrobe.
Second Bedroom
this is a good size also with a comfortable king-size bed, fully air-conditioned and fitted wardrobe.
Third Bedroom
This is a good size room with a comfortable king size bed, air-condition and fitted wardrobe.
Kitchen
this is fully fitted with all modern appliances including washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave and cooker. It also has a full set of plates, cooking pans and utensils.
Drive
This can accommodate one car and there is ample parking space off road..
Gardens
A small garden to the side for relaxation and selves as a play area for kids.
Amenities
The property also has water reservoir and rechargeable lamps to be used in event of a break in electricity power supply.
The villa is situated about 15 minutes walk from the main road so it is recommended that you have the use of a car for absolute ease of access. The villa benefits from all the usual amenities all on the Community 18 Junction road which is just 10 to 15 minutes walk away. The nearby Courtyard bar and restaurant is a convenient place to relax over a drink.
Security
the location is in a quite residential middle income area with no security problems, however, all the same and for added peace of mind the villa has a day caretaker in attendance.
Electricity and Generator
The villa is fitted with a prepaid meter which shall be loaded with 30 cedis of credit on check in. The customer is responsible for buying more as required and staff are on hand to assit with this. Similarly, the generator comes with a full tank of full. The customer is responsible for buying more as required.

Whilst before taking this property onto our books it was inspected and approved as being suitable for our discerning customers, the day to day management and maintenance is the responsibility of the particular owner. For avoidance of doubt, therefore, when you book this villa you are contracting with the said owner directly and not Akotaa villas Ghana.

A qualified chef/housekeeper is available for a mere $15 per day - please state whether you require this service when you complete the reservation form.
