This is a good standard two-bedroom villa with a fully furnished open plan lounge and dinning area. The lounge and all the bedrooms are equipped with air condition together with an extra bathroom and toilet. It is located in the Paraku residential development and therefore benefits from tarred roads and proper drainage system. The villa is suitable for parties of up to 6 based on two sharing each bedroom.
Lounge
this is furnished to a good standard with a comfortable three-piece suite, tv, DVD player and stereo system.
Dinning room
this is situated in the same room as the lounge and it boasts a luxury dinning suite with sittings for 6 people comfortably.
Master Bedroom
this is ensuite with split air condition, comfortable king-size bed and mosquito net.
Second bedroom
this is a good size also with a comfortable king-size bed, fully air-conditioned and a mosquito net.
Kitchen
this is fully fitted with all modern appliances including washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave and cooker. It also has a full set of plates, cooking pans and utensils.
Porch
it has a good size porch with easy chairs where you can relax whilst enjoying the cool breeze blowing in from the Atlantic Ocean a mere half a mile away.

it has a good size garden with a car port, drive and beautifully nurtured gardens with assortments of flowers and green grass area.
The property also has water reservoir and rechargeable lamps to be used in event of a break in electricity power supply.
Amenities
the villa is situated right on the corner where Spintex Road meets with the Nungua Road and therefore it is within easy walking distance from the main road with plenty of transportation. It has the added advantage of being just a few minutes walk from the On the run chain of restaurants, a short drive from the renowned Fridays spot and Cocoa beach resort.
Security
the location is in a quite residential middle income area with no security problems, however, all the same and added peace of mind the villa has a day caretaker and night security man.

Whilst before taking this property onto our books it was inspected and approved as being suitable for our discerning customers, the day to day management and maintenance is the responsibility of the particular owner. For avoidance of doubt, therefore, when you book this villa you are contracting with the said owner directly and not Akotaa villas Ghana.

A qualified chef/housekeeper is available for a mere $15 per day - please state whether you require this service when you complete the reservation form.
