The area benefits from first class infrastructure including tarred roads, covered drainage and street lights and the community is well served with a local shopping precinct providing everyday groceries, internet café etc.
This managed Villa has stunning interior and Mediterranean style exterior and is situated in a cul-de-sac which makes it a popular choice for families looking to rent a vacation home close to the popular beaches such as Cocoa Beach Resort, Labadi Beach Resort to name but a few. For extra peace of mind the villa has its own 24 hour security and high perimeter wall with anti climbing security devises atop.
The villa is just 30 minutes drive from the airport and is also conveniently located a mere 5 to 10 minutes drive meters from the main Spintex road. The location is within easy driving distance to all the local amenities including the On the Run fast food restaurants, Ranna Plaza shopping mall, House mart grocery store, Mobile mart grocery store, air conditioned internet café and hairdressers. The pool bar and night club, Coastal bar, Papa Ye restaurant and Fridays open air bar and night club are all within 5 to 10 minutes drive away along the Spintex Road. Basically, there are plenty of places to hang out locally and a little further a field you have the Accra shopping mall and various first class hotel complexes such as Golden Tulip, La Palm, Dutchotel, Coco beach resort, Sungria, Royal Ravico etc for chilling out during the day and night.
Accra is quickly accessible via the Tema motorway which is only a 5 to 10 minutes drive away. This is particularly handy to use as alternative route to the Spintex Road during rush hour traffic periods.
This spacious villa has 3 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom with 4 bathrooms. It sleeps up to 7 comfortably. Extra beds are available for bigger parties, price on request.
This villa comes with a private garage and there is also ample room for two to three extra cars in the paved compound area
It has a 10 KVA generator as backup power supply and a 3,000 gallon water reservoir. The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and all bathrooms have fitted shower with hot running water. There is also a separate guest toilet.
The villa has a spacious lounge are with separate dinning room. The fully equipped kitchen has a separate storeroom. All bed linens, towels supplied and there is a washing machine for your laundry.
Sliding door leads onto a ceramic tiled spacious porch where you can relax in our out door garden furniture to enjoy the cool sea breeze blowing in from the Atlantic ocean a mere ˝ mile away. The over-sized garden is well maintained with beautiful flowers beds and a fully tiled compound.
Electricity – This villa is served by prepaid metre which will be uploaded with $150 credit for a four weeks stay or $5 a day times how ever many nights booked for shorter stays. This amount should be enough for judicious usuage of all appliances including in particular airconditon and water heaters but if you should run out of credit before the end of your stay then you are responsible for buying more credit as necessary. The staff will be able to assist when this situation arises. To comply with fire regulation air conditions and water heaters should be switched off when the villa is left unattended for any length of time.

This spacious room has modern porcelain floor tiles and is tastefully furnished with soft English fabric suite. It also hasmulti channel TV (DSTV), DVD Player and CD/Radio Stereo Music System and ceiling fan and chandelier lighting system, air condition unit, large carpet rug.(Optional Multi-channel satellite TV is available at $5 a day)

This has regency dining suite which comfortably sits six and a marching side cabinet for storing the all essential liquor etc.

This spacious kitchen is equipped with a modern and large gas/electric cooker, washing machine, fridge with freezer, microwave, blender and all cooking utensils etc.
