This villa is to be rented fully exclusive of all bills and outgoings of any nature. The Landlord shall shall remain responsible for all repair and maintainance required in respect of the property itself in terms of roofings, windows, ceiling, structural issues etc. This executive two storey villa is situated within TDC development at Community 18 Lashibi/Spintex Road, comprising of middle to upper class professional residents.
