This is a Three bedroom exquisite villa built on a two house secured compound in the prestigious East Legon area. It is within easy reach to all essential amenities including Banks, Restaurants ie; Continental, Chinese and Local among others. All rooms are fully air conditioned and benefits also from ceiling fans. Sleeps up to 6 people comfortably The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and also benefits from ceiling fans, it comprises 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with hot water. It has a spacious lounge area with separate Dining Room. The fully equipped kitchen has a separate storeroom. All bed linens, towels and pool towels are supplied and there is a free laundry service.

Is fully furnished with imported soft and comfortable leather suite. (seats eight). A computer, Flat screen TV with remote control, DVD player and Multi-channel satelite TV (DSTV)

Accessed from the lounge, this upstairs bedroom has a radio/shower system, aircon and ceiling fan. It has a King size orthopaedic bed and a large wardrobe. The bedroom overlooks the serene blue swimming pool.

Has ensuite bathroom, Queen size orthopaedic bed, wardrobe, aircon and ceiling fan. It also benefits from satellite TV and DVD connectivity

Other Facilities
There is a well maintained exclusive swimming pool, a large outdoor communal relaxation area beside the pool. There is enough room to park at least eight cars all within the secured compound with its own security post and two large discreet dogs. A mountain bike and a combi- trainer gym are available as exercise mates. Laptop internet connectivity and Laundry service can be facilitated in house if necessary. A qualified chef can be arranged for a fee from $8.00 per day We have a 6000 gallon water reservoir and a 15 KVA Generator as Back Up in case of Such utility problems.

Whilst before taking this property onto our books it was inspected and approved as being suitable for our discerning customers, the day to day management and maintenance is the responsibility of the particular owner. For avoidance of doubt, therefore, when you book this villa you are contracting with the said owner directly and not Akotaa villas Ghana.
