This is a Three bedroom exquisite villa built on a two house secured compound in the prestigious East Legon area. This cool vacation Home is a mere 3minutes to the American House transportation links and conveniently placed to: 15 minutes to the Airport; 10 minutes to the Newly built Shoprite complex; and about 6 minutes to The A & C Shopping Mall. It is within easy reach to all essential amenities including Banks, Restaurants ie; Continental, Chinese and Local among others. All rooms are fully air conditioned and benefits also from ceiling fans. Sleeps up to 6 people comfortably The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and also benefits from ceiling fans, it comprises 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with hot water. It has a spacious lounge area with separate Dining Room. The fully equipped kitchen has a separate storeroom. All bed linens, towels and pool towels are supplied and there is a free laundry service.
Living Area
Is fully furnished with imported soft and comfortable leather suite. (seats eight). A computer, Flat screen TV with remote control, DVD player and Multi-channel satelite TV (DSTV) (Optional Multi-channel satellite TV is available at $5 a day).

Conveniently placed and accessible from the kitchen and lounge, the Table seats six comfortably

Has all modern amenities including gas cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, blender, juicer and Bottled water cooler/dispenser. Cooking utensils are mostly silverware.
Master Suite 1
Accessed from the lounge, this upstairs bedroom has a radio/shower system, aircon and ceiling fan. It has a King size orthopaedic bed and a large wardrobe. The bedroom overlooks the serene blue swimming pool.
Bedroom 2
Has ensuite bathroom, Queen size orthopaedic bed, wardrobe, aircon and ceiling fan. It also benefits from satellite TV and DVD connectivity

This room houses a Queen size orthopaedic bed, wardrobe, aircon and ceiling fan. It benefits from satellite TV and DVD connectivity. 2.
Other Facilities
There is a well maintained exclusive swimming pool, a large outdoor communal relaxation area beside the pool. There is enough room to park at least eight cars all within the secured compound with its own security post and two large discreet dogs. A mountain bike and a combi- trainer gym are available as exercise mates. Laptop internet connectivity and Laundry service can be facilitated in house if necessary. A qualified chef can be arranged for a fee from $8.00 per day We have a 6000 gallon water reservoir and a 15 KVA Generator as Back Up in case of Such utility problems.

Prices are inclusive of cleaning every 72 hours and free use of luxury swimming pool at villas 2 & 3 complex.
Airport pick up and drop off is available at:-
$80 for 1 airport pickup and 1 airport drop off only for a party of up to 4 plus their luggage.
$140 for 1 airport pickup and 1 airport drop off only for a party of up to 8 and their luggage.
A qualified chef/housekeeper is available for a mere $10 per day - please state whether you require this service when you complete the reservation form.
Multi channel cable TV with Premier division football from England, Spain, Italy etc, numerous children channels, CNN and films is available for a mere $5 per day - please state whether you require this service when you complete the booking form.
Internet connection is available for $5 per day (bring your laptop with you and surf away!- subject to buying top up credit, cost approx. $1 per hour) - please state whether you require this service when you complete the booking form.
