This 4 bedroom fully furnished executive villa with all mod coms including backup generator, central aircondition and running hot water throughout. It is located in an exclusive residential area in North Legon a mere 20 minutes drive from the airport and comes with 24 hours security for extra peace of mind. Minimum stay is 7 days and maximum is 3 months.
All the bedrooms are ensuite and sleeps 8 in comfort. There is a standby generator which will come with a full tank on check in but it is the customer's responsibility for paying for more fuel if this becomes necessary.
The kitchen has a microwave, fridge/freezer, gas cooker and assortment of cooking Utensils, plates, cutlery and drinking glasses. There is a cleaning service twice weekly, however, if a chef is needed required then this can be provided for $20 per day.
Sitting room
This is spread over two areas of the spacious ground floor as illustrated in the pictures and is equipped with all the entertainment systems including large LCD tv and multi channel tv, DVD Player, CD/Radio/Cassette Stereo Music System. land line telephone ceiling fan and air condition unit.
Dinning area
This is a spacious and lovely dining room with a dinning suite that comfortably sits 8.
Kitchen
Equipped with a brand new gas cooker with oven, washing machine, fridge with freezer, microwave, blender, rice cooker and all cooking utensils etc.
Typical bedroom
This suite has a king-size bed, built in wardrobe, split air condition unit, ceiling fan, mosquito netted windows, and nice bed linen. The en-suite bathroom with shower has a separate toilet and hot running water. The master bedroom is equipped with a luxury Jacuzzi.

All the bathrooms have hot water and are tastefully furnished in modern style.
Internet broadband
We will provide you with internet broadband modem that you can slot into your laptop whichh will come preloaded with 10 cedis of credit to get you going. The customer is responsible for buying more credit as required. This must be returned on the last day of checking out.
Electricity broadband
The rates quoted are fully inclusive of electricity, but we do respectfully request that guest turnoff aircondition and hot water systems when they are leaving the house to go into town in the interest of fire safety and energy conservation.

This villa is owned by a third party and Akotaa Villas Ghana is only acting in the capacity of an agent. Whilst before taking this property onto our books it was inspected and approved as being suitable for our discerning customers, the day to day management and maintenance is the responsibility of the particular owner. For avoidance of doubt, therefore, when you book this villa you are contracting with the said owner directly and not Akotaa villas Ghana.

Airport pick up and drop off is available at:-
$80 for 1 airport pickup and 1 airport drop off only for a party of up to 4 plus their luggage.
$140 for 1 airport pickup and 1 airport drop off only for a party of up to 8 and their luggage.
A qualified chef/housekeeper is available for a mere $20 per day - please state whether you require this service when you complete the reservation form.
