This 3 bedroom fully furnished executive villa with modern facilities is located on Devtraco Villa gated community, Batsona, Spintex Road/ Com18 Road. Minimum stay is 7 days and maximum is 3 months.
1 bedroom is en-suite whilst the other 2 bedrooms share a toilet and a bathroom. The house is fully air-conditioned and all rooms also have ceiling fans. All the bedrooms are fully furnished and fitted wardrobes. It has a living room, dinning room. There is a standby generator and an overhead water reserve tank
The kitchen has a microwave, fridge/freezer, gas cooker and assortment of cooking Utensils, plates, cutlery and drinking glasses. There is a cleaning service twice weekly, however, if a chef is needed required then this can be provided for $10 per day.
Sitting room
This is tastefully furnished with 4 piece soft leather suite, TV with remote control, DVD Player, CD/Radio/Cassette Stereo Music System, land line telephone ceiling fan and air condition unit.
Dinning area
This is a spacious and lovely dining room with a dinning suite that comfortably sits six.
Kitchen
Equipped with a brand new gas cooker with oven, washing machine, fridge with freezer, microwave, blender, rice cooker and all cooking utensils etc.
Typical bedroom
This suite has a king-size bed, built in wardrobe, split air condition unit, ceiling fan, mosquito netted windows, and nice bed linen. The en-suite bathroom with shower has a separate toilet and hot running water.

Master suite one and two are both en-suite rooms and the other two rooms share a bathroom and shower room. The picture below is of the shared bathroom. The room is fully tiled, well ventilated superbly decorated.

Airport pick up and drop off is available at:-
$80 for 1 airport pickup and 1 airport drop off only for a party of up to 4 plus their luggage.
$140 for 1 airport pickup and 1 airport drop off only for a party of up to 8 and their luggage.
A qualified chef/housekeeper is available for a mere $8 per day - please state whether you require this service when you complete the reservation form.
