Coming from Tetteh Quarshire Roundabout carry past the Cocacola roundabout and then past the Standard Charter bank and Coastal Estates on the left hand side. Carry on for a fuurther 400 metres and the villa is conveniently situated a mere 2 minutes walk off the Spintex Road behind Ranna Plaza shopping arcade/ Kingdom Furniture Store which is directly across the road from the Ecobank - 20 minutes drive from airport outside rush hour traffic or even faster via Tema motorway exiting at the Abattoir junction. The location is within easy walking distance to all the local amenities including Ranna Plaza shopping mall comprising bar, restaurants, Gymnasium and Emperor Nightclub, House mart grocery store, Total mart grocery store comprising air conditioned internet café and hairdressers. The pool bar and night club, Coastal bar, On the Run restaurants, Papa Ye restaurant and Fridays open air bar/night club, Chinese and Continental restaurants are all within 10 minutes drive away along the Spintex Road.
Description
This villa is situated in a private and secure complex comprising of 3 holiday villas with 24 hour security manned post at the entrance. This tastefully furnished one bedroom villa comprises of an air conditioned double bedroom with king size bed, air conditioned sitting room, fitted kitchen, bathroom suite and a small outdoor relaxation area. This villa is fully serviced and therefore the rates quoted are fully inclusive of satellite multi channel tv, mobile internet broadband, cleaning service which is carried out every 48 hours.
It is ideal for single occupancy or a couple sharing the king size bed (maximum capacity is 2 sharing). It shares the onsite swimming pool with villa 2 and 3.
The complex has a covered car port with space for two cars and there is also space for extra parking within the compound.
It has a generator as back up power supply and a 3,000 gallon water reservoir which it shares with villa 3.
This lovely villa has been equipped and furnished to the highest standard. It has burglar proof through, smoke detectors as prescribed by Ghana Fire Services.
The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and the bathroom has hot running water. All bed linens, towels and pool towels are supplied and there is a free laundry service.
It has a small private outdoor area where you can relax in our out door garden furniture with sun umbrella to enjoy the cool sea breeze blowing in from the Atlantic ocean a mere ˝ mile away. The over-sized garden is well maintained with beautiful flowers beds and a fully tiled compound.
Living Area
This has beautiful laminated wood floor and is tastefully furnished with soft Italian leather suite (three and two seater). It also has LCD TV, DVD Player, CD/Radio/Cassette Stereo Music System and ceiling fan and chandelier lighting system, air condition unit.
Kitchen/Dinner
This fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a modern fan assisted electric cooker, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, blender and all cooking utensils etc. Small dinning table and chair which can be expanded to accommodate two if required
Bedroom
This double bedroom has a king size orthopaedic bed, a large IKEA wardrobe, air condition unit, ceiling fan, mosquito net, alarm clock radio and sumptuous bed linens
Bathroom suite
Comprising a luxury bath suite with gold shower mixer tap and full hot running water.
Electricity
This villa is fitted with prepaid meter which will be loaded with 20 cedis credit on check in. The customer is responsible for buying more credit as required. The staff will be able to assist with this.

Barbecue stand and set of utensils (on request)
Full Laundry facilities (washer, iron and rotating clothes line) 5 KVA Honda Generator with a full tank is available as backup electricity supply. The customer is responsible for buying more fuel as required and the staff will be able to assist with this.

Prices are inclusive multi channel tv (DSTV - english and spanish premier division football, films, CNN, children's channels etc), mobile internet broad pen drive for your laptop (topping up with credit as required) and cleaning service every 48 hours.
Airport pick up and drop off is available at:-
$80 for 1 airport pickup and 1 airport drop off only for a party of up to 4 plus their luggage.
$140 for 1 airport pickup and 1 airport drop off only for a party of up to 8 and their luggage.
A qualified chef/housekeeper is available for a mere $15 per day - please state whether you require this service when you complete the reservation form.
