This property is situated at South West Macarthy Hill which is approximately a 20 minute drive to Accra Central and 10 minutes to Kaneshie.The airport is 30 to 40 minutes drive away outside of rush hour traffic. The renowned beaches of Bojo, Koklobitey & many other beach resorts all within easy 10 20 minutes drive away.
For clients not willing to cook for themselves there is a 5 minute walk to a wine bar & restaurant - CHILLS & THRILLS caters for local & international menus, there are other hotels & bars local to this property.
Bedroom 1 has two separate accesses, internal/external, giving occupants total privacy away from it all should that be required. This property is available all year round.
Description
This is a Five bedroom exquisite villa built on a two house secured compound in the prestigious South West Macarthy Hill area. This location is near any local markets and shops. It is within easy reach to all essential amenities including Banks, Restaurants ie; Continental, Chinese and Local among others.
All rooms are fully air conditioned and benefits also from ceiling fans. Sleeps up to 10 people comfortably. It comprises 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with hot water. It has a spacious lounge area with an attached Dining Room. The fully equipped kitchen has a separate storeroom. All bed linens, towels and pool towels are supplied.
Living Area
The room is completely furnished with a comfortable leather upholstery which seats up to nine people.
This room is fully air conditioned, with a DSTV satellite. Moreover, there is a Flat screen TV, with a DVD included.
Dinning Area
Attached to living area, conveniently placed and accessible from the kitchen. The table seats six comfortably.
Kitchen
A large fitted kitchen which has all modern amenities including a combined gas/electric cooker, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, blender, juicer and Bottled water cooler/dispenser. There is a storeroom included.
Master Suite 1
This is the upstairs bedroom. Ensuite with air conditioning and ceiling fan. It has a King size orthopaedic bed with its own walk in dresser room with a large fitted wardrobe, and a living room
Bedroom 2
Ensuite with a Kingsize bed. Air condition included with a ceiling fan. Also contains a fitted wardrobe.
Bedroom 3
Ensuite and this room is fully air conditioned with a King size bed, with an orthopaedic mattress.
Bedroom 4
Double bed with an orthopaedic mattress and a ceiling fan.
Bedroom 5
Double bed with an orthopaedic mattress and a ceiling fan.
Other Facilities
Hot water facilities for all the bathrooms. There is a large outdoor communal relaxation area, just in front of the living area with seats. There is enough room to park at least four cars all within the secured compound with its own security post with barbed wires all around the compound. Furthermore, a newly built summer hut is within the compound also.
Electricity – this is fitted with a prepaid meter which will be preloaded with 20 cedis of credit on check in and then there after it will be the customer responsibility for topping this up. The staff in the complex will be on hand to assist with this as required.
Backup power – this is fitted with an inverter which will provide backup electricity for essential gadgets like lighting, fridge freezer, over head fan etc but not the airconditions.
Internet Broadband – a pen drive that inserts into your laptop is available on request. This will be preloaded with approximately 8 hours of surfing time and then it will be the customer’s responsibility to buy more as required.

Whilst before taking this property onto our books it was inspected and approved as being suitable for our discerning customers, the day to day management and maintenance is the responsibility of the particular owner. For avoidance of doubt, therefore, when you book this villa you are contracting with the said owner directly and not Akotaa villas Ghana.
