This is part of a gated community called EMES Gated Community situated at Lashibi just a short drive off the Sakumono Rd half a mile from the “On the Run food” hall at Spintex Road.
It is about 7 miles from the airport and some 10 miles from Accra central which can be accessed speedily via the Tema motorway which lies a quick 5 minutes drive away. On average 20 minutes to Tetteh Quarshie roundabout using the motorway.
Description

With its close proximity to the Spintex Road, almost every conceivable shop, restaurant, bank and grocery retail outlet is a mere 5 to 10 minutes drive away along both the Sakumono road and the Spintex Road. Leisure outlets like Cocoa beach resort & hotel and Dutch hotel resort are just a short drive along the beach road which will take no more than 15 mins to reach. The Mighty beach resort, which usually comes alive at the weekend and special occasions, is again 10 minutes away. The much busier Labadi beach resort is some 30 minutes drive along the Beach route. Accra shopping mall is just 20 minutes along the Tema motorway route.
