This is a truly luxurious villa situated in the exclusive residential community of East Legon 300 meters off the Trasaaco Valley Estate junction along the Montessori School Road and popularly known as the Sugarhill Villa. It is numbered as No. 1 Suger Hill Lane. This serviced Villa is fully furnished with every conceivable mod con, including central air condition, 40 kva backup generator that can power all appliances including the air cons in event of power cut.
Security – it has 24 hour security service provided by Erden Security. It also has a coiled security pitched and monitored on the walls of the entire premises.
Local amenities - The villa is just 15 minutes drive from the airport and a mere 10 minutes drive from both Accra mall and A.C. shopping mall. Other amenities such as array of banks, restaurants, internet cafes etc are only between 5 to 10 minutes drive away within the precinct of the East Legon Residential Area and the University of Ghana Campus.
Capacity - Sleeps up to 8 comfortably, based on two per room
The villa has a spacious lounge area with separate Dining Room. The fully equipped kitchen has a separate storeroom. All bed linen, towels and pool towels are supplied and there is a free laundry service.
A Sliding door leads onto a ceramic tiled spacious porch where you can relax in our outdoor garden furniture to enjoy the cool sea breeze blowing in from the Atlantic ocean a mere ½ mile away. The over-sized garden is well maintained with beautiful flowers beds and a fully tiled compound.

This spacious room has a porceline tiles and is tastefully furnished with Leather furniture, multi channel TV (DSTV), DVD Player, Blue ray, and CD player and ceiling fan, air condition unit

This spacious kitchen is equipped with a modern fan assisted electric cooker with gas table top cooker as back up, washing machine, fridge with freezer, microwave, blender, filter coffee maker, kettle Smoothie maker and all cooking utensils etc.
Bedrooms
There are four double bedrooms all ensuite with king size orthopaedic bed, a large built in wardrobe, air condition unit, LCD TV, DVD player alarm clock radio, bedside lamps and sumptuous bed linen. The bath suites are supplied with hot water.
Electricity; Generator; Internet broadband
The rates quoted are fully inclusive of electricity however in the interest of fire safety and energy conservation we politely request that the guest turn off the air conditions when they leave the villa to go into town and water heater after bathing. Generator comes with a full tank of petrol on check in but it is the customer responsibility for buying more as necessary. The villa comes with internet broadband for normal domestic usuage but those requiring this facility for more intensive usuage should discuss their requirements with us to make sure our equipment meets their needs.
