There is a chef/housekeeper onsite. Less than 20 minute is from the Airport, within 2 miles radius of Cocoa beach and Tema beach and popular Labadi beach is a mere 20 minutes drive away.

Our newly built executive villa is located in the peaceful community off Spintex road. It is within a 20 minute drive of both the Airport and Accra Central.
This executive home has been equipped and furnished to the highest standard. The home has partially retractable security bars, smoke detectors
The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and also benefits from ceiling fans, it comprises 2 Master en suite bedrooms and 2 further bedrooms which share own bathroom/toilet. All bathrooms have hot running water. There is also a separate guest toilet
It has a spacious sunken lounge area with separate Dining Room. The fully equipped kitchen has a separate storeroom. All bed linens, towels and pool towels are supplied and there is a free laundry service.
Sliding door leads onto a ceramic tiled spacious porch with cane chair suite. The over-sized garden is well maintained with beautiful flowers and lush lawn. There are marching garden chairs, table and umbrella for sitting out in the open to enjoy the cool breeze blowing from the sea.

This is tastefully furnished with soft Italian leather suite, has TV with remote control, DVD Player, VCR and CD/Radio/Cassette Stereo Music System and ceiling fan and two chandelier lighting system, air condition unit, and hand woven full size Indian wool rug. (Optional Multi-channel satellite TV is available at $4 a day)

This has regency dining suite at one end, a computer, play station and television at the other end.
Kitchen
Equipped with a brand new gas cooker with oven, washing machine, fridge with freezer and ice-maker, microwave, juicer, blender, filter coffee maker and all cooking utensils etc.

This ensuite double bedroom has a king size orthopaedic bed, built in wardrobe, air condition unit, mosquito net, alarm clock radio and sumptuous bed linens The en-suite bathroom, large dressing area vanity unit and separate toilet. Hot running water.

This suite has a king size orthopaedic bed, built in wardrobe, split air condition unit, ceiling fan, mosquito net, alarm clock radio, and luxury bed linen.
The ensuite bathroom with shower has a separate toilet and hot running water.

This suite has a king size spring bed, built in wardrobe, alarm clock radio, mobile air condition unit, mosquito net and luxurious bed linens.
Bedroom 4
This room is stylishly furnished with a King size bed, air condition unit, mosquito net, alarm clock radio ceiling fan and it shares separate bathroom and toilet with bedroom 2.

Prices are inclusive of cleaning every 72 hours and free use of luxury swimming pool at villas 2 & 3 complex.
Airport pick up and drop off is available at:-
$80 for 1 airport pickup and 1 airport drop off only for a party of up to 4 plus their luggage.
$140 for 1 airport pickup and 1 airport drop off only for a party of up to 8 and their luggage.
A qualified chef/housekeeper is available for a mere $8 per day - please state whether you require this service when you complete the reservation form.
Multi channel cable TV with Premier division football from England, Spain, Italy etc, numerous children channels, CNN and films is available for a mere $4 per day - please state whether you require this service when you complete the booking form.
Internet connection is available for $4 per day (bring your laptop with you and surf away! - subject to buying top up credit, cost approx. $1 per hour) - please state whether you require this service when you complete the booking form.
