This spacious executive villa is located in the peaceful community off Spintex road. It is within a 20 minute drive of both the Airport and Accra Central.
This executive home has been equipped and furnished to the highest standard. The home has partially retractable security bars, smoke detectors
The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and also benefits from ceiling fans, it comprises 2 Master en suite bedrooms and 2 further bedrooms which share own bathroom/toilet. All bathrooms have hot running water. There is also a separate guest toilet
It has a spacious sunken lounge area with separate Dining Room. The fully equipped kitchen has a separate storeroom. All bed linens, towels and pool towels are supplied and there is a free laundry service.
Sliding door leads onto a ceramic tiled spacious porch with cane chair suite. The over-sized garden is well maintained with beautiful flowers and lush lawn. There are marching garden chairs, table and umbrella for sitting out in the open to enjoy the cool breeze blowing from the sea.

$150 for 1 airport pickup and 1 airport drop off only for a party of up to 8 and their luggage.
